Storyngton Hall reaches the highest conversion rate of the year

Storyngton Hall is a Match-3 home and garden design/renovation game, perfect for fans of romance, captivating tales of lords and ladies, and addictive puzzles. Players solve Match-3 puzzles to help a family renovate, decorate, and design their dream home.

From September 26th to October 17th, Storyngton Hall collaborated with Dots.eco to empower players to protect wildlife habitats in Assam, India. This initiative featured an engaging in-game experience where players helped protect a tiger cub injured by poachers. During the campaign duration, KPIs, such as conversion rates and brand reputation were enhanced, demonstrating the success of this meaningful addition to the game.

“Working with dots.eco, we set out to inspire players to think about important environmental issues through gameplay, helping them see how their choices and actions impact the world around them. This led to unique in-game events in Storyngton Hall and Global City, where players could explore themes like sustainability, conservation, and climate change. The goal? To not only provide engaging content but also to share knowledge and encourage players to think about how they can make a difference in their everyday lives.”

Minimal development effort, maximum outcome potential
The Storyngton Hall team sought to gauge their audience’s interest in sustainable development while exploring opportunities to integrate external partnerships using existing game elements with minimal development effort. The in-game campaign encouraged players to shift their usual gameplay experience, fostering real-world impact through the virtual world of Storyngton Hall.

A New Dimension of Eco-Impact
The event, which was started by 43,422 players, invited participants to care for a tiger cub by creating a comfortable habitat for it. Additionally, when players purchased a battle pass, a portion of the proceeds was donated to the David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation through Dots.eco, supporting efforts to protect tiger habitats in Assam, India. By the end of the campaign, players had successfully safeguarded 50,000 ft² of tiger habitat!

As players progressed through the event, each action and purchase contributed to a collective goal—raising awareness about tigers and the threats they face from poaching. The community united, achieving not only in-game rewards but also making a meaningful impact by preserving real-world tiger habitats.
